Participate in the Lobby Events Program. The BOMA-Atlanta Community Service Committee started the lobby events program over two years ago to create a recurring revenue stream for Hillside, Atlanta's oldest organized charity. Participating property managers donate 10 to 20 percent of their lobby event proceeds to Hillside. After holding your lobby event, complete a Lobby Event Donor Form and send it to Cindi Cooper at Hillside. Please send your form and your donation check directly after holding your event, so that Hillside can accurately record the donation. To download a Lobby Event Donor Form, click here. To become involved in the program or for more information, contact Annette Gorelick at agorelick@ruppertcompanies.com.

Discover LSA's Impact on LEED. Measuring the life cycle of a building is becoming more and more important in today's green economy. That's why the U. S. Green Building Council is incorporating life cycle assessment (LSA) into LEED certification. To read more about LSA and its impact on going green, click here for a Greener Buildings online article.
