Invest in Leadership through the BOMA-Atlanta Leadership Academy. The rapid pace of change in today’s commercial real estate environment demands that the managers of today become the leaders of tomorrow. To address this shift, we have created the BOMA-Atlanta Leadership Academy. The Academy is designed for all property and facility managers, and for building engineers who have management responsibilities. A class of 20 to 22 BOMA-Atlanta members will be selected for the 2008 Academy. BOMA membership is required to participate. If you or someone you know would be a good candidate for the Academy, contact Gabriel Eckert at geckert@boma-atlanta.org. For more information or to download an application form, click here. Applications are due February 29.

You will learn to develop an asset management plan, including appropriate human, physical, and financial resources.
