BOMA Leaders attend Bill Signing

Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue recently invited BOMA-Atlanta leaders to attend the signing of HB 1385.

The bill, Building Plan Reviews and Inspections sponsored by Representative John Heard, provided for the employment of private professionals to perform building plan reviews and inspections relating to state building, plumbing and electrical codes when the local jurisdiction cannot timely perform such services. BOMA supported this legislation and lobbied for its passage.
